2021 Luke Lambert Chardonnay, Yarra Valley
A great example of modern Yarra Chardonnay, with purity of fruit combined with savoury, textural richness. Textural and complex with lemon confit and white peach fruit. There's great balance here between mealy, nutty richness, and pure, mineral, stony notes. Towards the finish it becomes more mineral still with a salinty on the back palate.
