2021 Riesling, Pewsey Vale, Eden Valley
A brilliant Riesling, Pewsey Vale is full of generous lemon and lime fruit with floral and dried herb complexity. There's steely mineral acidity, and a pure crystalline finish. It’s balanced and approachable for drinking now but has all the structure to age and develop further complexity.
