2018 GT Block Shiraz, Koomilya, McLaren Vale

The first vintage of this single-block wine produced from 30 year old Shiraz vines. Incredible depth of flavour and volume with layers of complexity just starting to develop. Full of ripe plum and blackberry fruit and a fresher red cherry and plum lift. Some black olive and earthy aromas are starting to develop. Velvet, polished texture and bright acidity to finish.
