This is exceptionally well-balanced. There's a lovely freshness brought on by the acidity and flavours of blackcurrant and cranberry. Grippy tannins give this wine the texture it needs and the classic Shiraz pepperiness and careful use of new oak (only 29%) add to the complexity.
