Sadly, in 2017, no Bin 707 was made. This, however, means that Bin 407 has benefitted from the fruit destined for 707. Initial aromas of mint and green pepper give way to more complex, spicy notes. This has luxuriously soft tannins, enhanced by time in both French and American oak. One to buy this year.
