2023 Calvarino, Pieropan, Soave Classico
This northwest-facing vineyard is rooted in volcanic and limestone soils, resulting in a wine with a clear mineral and crystalline profile. It offers citrus, verbena and white blossom aromas, followed by flavours of white pepper and grapefruit pith on the palate. The wine has bright, shimmering acidity and a long, salty finish.
