Made predominately of Carricante and a 1/3 and grapes being sourced from Contrada Arcurìa, Passopisciaro on the northern slopes of Mount Etna. The altitude of 600 metres as well as the complex volcanic soils help the wine achieve its mineral and vibrant palate. White, fleshy stonefruits are supported by white pepper spice and orange blossom notes. Citrus peel, fresh mango and salty notes continue on the finish for a long time.

Made with 85% Carricante and 15% Catarratto, the Graci 2022 Etna Bianco has a distinct mineral note that adds extra sharpness and brightness. Over the years, the percentage of Carricante has increased in the blend. This grape's salty-mineral profile takes center stage.
