The grapes for the Vie di Romans Chardonnay are sourced from the estate’s 10.75-hectare vineyard in the commune of Mariano del Friuli. The wine spends 9 months on its lees in French oak barrels which gives the wine added texture and creaminess. Quite ripe and hints of tropical fruits are supported by toast and vanilla, as well as white blossom and flesh peach notes.
