Orange blossom, pink grapefruit, and lemon citrus profile combine with a steeliness and saltiness on the palate. There is a restrained concentration that definess this wine.

Very pale straw-orange color with aromas of cherry stones, pomelo pith, yellow plums and some dried flowers. Saline undertones. It's crisp and fresh, with a hint of tannin texture and medium body. Dry and focused. Nerello Mascalese. Drink now.
The Graci 2021 Etna Rosato (made with 100% Nerello Mascalese in stainless steel only) shows an exceptionally pale pink color. In fact, it's almost impossible to see any color at all if you are in a dimly-lit room. The wine feels tart and thin to the palate with hints of cassis, grapefruit and unripe peach. It ends with a pretty mineral dusting. Some 40,000 bottles were released.
