From a single, south east facing slope, this is fresh and fine, with lovely balance and a wonderful core of delicate fruit. There’s some spice from the oak, but this is refined and well-judged, and the finish has the same granitic salinity that defines Ottin’s wines. A wonderful Pinot Noir.
