A blend of Chadonnay from the Pira vineyard in Castiglione, with 25% blanc de noirs from Nebbiolo to bring freshness. The result is a pure, textured white: undoubtedly one of Piedmont's very best. There's hints of white flowers and freshly picked peaches, as well as a hint of yeast adding complexity. Stunning. And ageworthy.
