From a small parcel within the Gramolere vineyard, this is the flagship of the estate, and benefits from some blue clay in the soil.
More dried fruit on the nose with hints of marzipan and black cherry, the tannins are grainier – this is an iceberg of a wine which will only blossom after 5 or more years in the bottle.
