According to Mauro Manzone, this vineyard creates silky wines with ‘Bussia elegance’. Initially closed on the nose, yet the palate is expressive and fine, with notes of black cherry and fig. The most refined wine in the range, Mauro was about to leave for Burgundy where I’m sure his wines will be appreciated!
