Quintarelli are the standout producer in Veneto, and the Amarone is the most celebrated wine of the estate. This comes from carefully selected grapes, then traditionally dried on wooden boxes and reed mats. Whereas much Amarone is dominated by dried fruit flavours and alcohol, Quintarelli endow theirs with amazing freshness and elegance. They truly are the best.
