This is a classically styled cask-aged Brunello. Scented and fragrant on the nose, the palate has an intensity of flavour and complexity which is carried in a mid-weight, elegant style. Within the focused, well defined structure is a supple, interwoven texture with hedgerow fruit and savoury flavours. At once, this is both flowing and restrained with just the right amount of austerity.
