Renato Corino believes there are two truly Grand Cru vineyards in La Morra: Brunate in the south and Rocche dell'Annuziata in the southwest. This has great colour, as well as a lovely ripe, spicy nose, with floral notes. You know just from the nose that this is a great wine. Outstanding, with the La Morra finesse and elegance, but also strong and assertive, with layered tannins.
