2021 Micalet, Javier Revert, Valencia
Javier Revert is an up and coming winemaker that is putting Valencia on the winemaking map. Working with old vines, high altitudes and indigenous varieties, this small project is gaining in notoriety. Made up of Trepadell, Merseguera, Verdil, Malvasia and Tortosi this white wine is exceptionally refreshing with a crisp and lively acidity, as well as an attractive perfume of herbs, citrus and blossom. A white that is so saline and demonstrates great purity, combined with sufficient weight and texture that transports it to another level of greatness and delight.
