This is only the 2nd vintage of this exciting wine sourced from over 100 year old vines from 3 plots that reach 600 metres altitude and situated in the north of Tenerife in Santa Úrsula. A blend of Listán Negro, Negramoll and Listán Blanco, depending on where the grapes originate from the wine undergoes different percentages of whole bunch. The wine retains a balance of wild garrigue and herbal notes along with red berry and floral purity. The tannins are chalky and the acidity is crisp and the wine finishes on liquorice and clove spice to add that extra layer of complexity.
