100% Garnacha and aged exclusively in cement for 10 months, the wine has incredible purity and precision. Expect bright wild strawberry and redcurrant notes at the forefront, with subtle layers of thyme and liquorice that give complexity. 8-10% whole bunch contributes to an attractive floral lift on the nose. The tannins are supple yet provide incredible structure, combined with the crisp acidity and silky core.
