One of Jancis Robinson’s ‘stars of tomorrow’. A ground breaking project from the home of Sherry – this unfortified white wine is made from 100% Palomino grapes grown in the famed Miraflores vineyard from 60 year old vines farmed biodynamically. Delicate and elegant, the wine is full of aromatic jasmine and bright fruit, with a clean, mineral finish. Beautiful texture from fermentation in old barrels.
