Wild flowers and berries are supported by layers of sweet and savoury spice that add complexity and vibrancy. The palate is red fruit dominated, with a touch of pink grapefruit pith as well as a flinty, smoky profile. There is an attractive phenolic grip and zesty acidity on the palate.
