The nose on this impressive Spanish star is pretty reticent at first, but with swirling come notes of coffee and balsamic, alongside plums and small cherries. The palate is ripe and structured with excellent acidity that bounces across the mouth. The finish is a touch saline, with real finesse: an excellent food wine, and one with real potential.
