Very floral on the nose with fragrant notes of violets and roses. An elegant palate with such freshness follows. Flavours of just-ripe black plum with no overmaturity. Aromas build in the glass with dark cherry and plums combined with a very subtle touch of olive and balsam. There’s wonderful vibrancy and a ripe attack showing great freshness and poise. Elegantly textured with fine tannins and long, mineral finish.
