Although the vineyard basks in sunshine, there is a cooling influence that runs down to the Danube. In 2021 this wine has spent slightly longer in oak that gives the wine additional texture. Acidity on this wine is steely and there is a white blossom aroma combined with fleshy apricot and mango notes that gives richness and balance.
