2007 Saarburger Rausch Riesling Auslese, Zilliken, Saar

Immediately fragrant on the nose, with aromas of peach, citrus and white flowers. On the palate, the attractive fruit characters are to the fore, with lime, ripe apple and white peach flavours, as well as a tangy candied peel quality. Seamless and mouth filling, with wet-stone minerality and a lingering finish. Beautifully pure.
