Less giving at this stage than the Zeltinger, one has to search deep down for the scents and flavours here. Tropical fruit nuances vie with currant leaf and box hedge. Harvested later than the Zeltinger, there is more body and weight in evidence and a higher degree of botrytis which delivers a nutty note to the finish. Needs time, will be magnificent.
