Bolder aromas here, yet retaining some of the floral character of the spätlese. Intense and layered on the palate, with waves of lime, ripe apple and white peach. A tangy peel-like quality more noticeable to the finish. A seamless, mouthfilling auslese with a fresh lingering finish. The purity of flavour is striking, as is the finely presented fruit.
