Cooler climate. Volcanic stones. Lovely fruit, really good extract, and slightly sour peach character, lovely balance of dancing acidity and also a ripeness of fruit. Beautifully clean and nicely balanced depth, and so much purity and fine acidity on the palate. So long and fine, and beautiful balance. And complex. Touch smoky - very cerebral and impressive this.
