There’s lovely tension and depth here, with fruit so well defined. In Helmut’s words, “the whole orchestra is playing correctly” here. It has a slight phenolic character. This is ethereal and fine, with a touch of mint and basil on the finish. So so so gorgeous. 8.5% ABV.
