The Leistenberg vineyard is especially suited to producing Kabinett style wines thanks to the very long ripening period here. Pretty and elegant aromas of apple, grapefruit and jasmine. There is a subtle mineral stoniness, which follows through to the palate, where there is incredible knife-edge tension. Fruity and delicately sweet, this Kabinett is a real star.
