Kaaimansgat is a high altitude valley, up towards Villiersdorp, and is also the source of some brilliant Pinot Noir - Crystallum's Malabel, and Saurwein's Nom. This is a wonderful Blanc de Blancs fizz, made from Chardonnay, that's chiselled and refined, with plenty of savoury complexity on the palate.
