An elegant, delicious and complex Rosé. Aromatic nose of raspberry and pomegranate, followed by subtle notes of marzipan and brown butter. The palate is rich and open, with a wonderful creamy texture and notes of mandarin and fresh apricots. Structured and textural, with blood orange acidity and a dry finish at just 2g/L dosage.
