Bright citrus blossom aromas combine with freshly cut grapefruit, lemon sherbet and a buttery pastry.The palate has layers of fresh green apple and white peach with plenty of biscuity notes on the rich, creamy back palate. There is wonderful energy, with a fine bead of linear acidity racing through the saline finish, yet it remains juicy, open and inviting. Delicious.
