Only the best grapes are selected from sites across Sussex and for the first time in 2013, Chardonnay from the chalk soils of Hampshire. Complex and rich fruit and floral characters combine on the nose, including notes of red apple, peach and white blossom. The palate is graceful yet structured with a crystalline backbone of lively acidity. Textured and pure, notes of yellow pear, almond and cream combine in a long, refined finish.
