2010 Tillington Single Vineyard, Nyetimber

Such power yet elegance from this beautiful sparkling wine. Just the second vintage of England's prestige Cuvée, and it absolutely justifies its individual bottling. Red fruits abound, thanks to the high proportion of Pinot Noir in the blend, but this is perfectly balanced by a creaminess and floral lift. Incredibly impressive, but also very young, this soon to be icon has a very bright future ahead.
