Richly gold in the glass with a delicate mousse. The nose is intriguing and enticing, with complex notes of warm bread dough and soft orchard fruit. Vibrant on the palate, with an immediate hit of mouth-watering mineral acidity, leading into richer notes of warm brioche, subtle wild mushroom. The finish is long and very fine, with lingering notes of toast and citrus.
