It has a lively freshness and easy approachability about it, with Pol’s signature creamy, smooth texture, and generosity of depth. It is a classic blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from grand and premier crus sites across the Montagne de Reims and the Côte des Blancs. It's got the delicious biscuity notes of ageing on lees, with the crunch of orchard fruits on the palate. It's already in the prime of its drinking, with the poise and structure for cellaring.
