80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir from premier cru vineyards, the 2015 Coeur de Cuvee jumps out of the glass with ripe, juicy citrus and a racier chalky note. The base wine is matured in old oak, giving a softness and breadth on the palate. Long and complex, consistently one of our favourites.
