2015 brought a hot, dry summer, followed by some welcome rain in August. The result is a juicy, ripe style with lots of concentration but a cleansing freshness towards the finish. This has 70% Pinot Noir and shows vibrant redcurrant fruit, citrus zest, white pepper spice, and a full, vinous feel on the palate. Delicate notes of roasted nuts and apple compote build to a long, mouthwatering finish.
