2015 Cuvée Dom Pérignon, Moët et Chandon

We loved the shape of the wine: ample and driven, much like the 1995. It already has a deliciously biscuity nose, with depth, richness and body on the palate. The wine was disgorged in January 2023, so has had 15 months to settle into itself before hitting the market, and is showing well already, with evident ageing potential. It show’s Dom Pérignon’s classically nutty, rich, savoury style that has won fans the world over.
