This individual rosé has to be tried. It’s made via semi-carbonic maceration for four days, of grapes that come from the prized En Barmont vineyard in Riceys. This is stunningly complex, with some oxidative notes of dried fruit, alongside wild flowers, brioche, and a hint of oak. It’s so food-friendly and complex, from a great Pinot Noir vintage, with five years spent on the lees.
