Salon is one of the Champagne world's most sought-after releases. It is only released in exceptional vintages, and we have not had a release in 75cl bottles since the 2007 vintage. As ever, this Blanc de Blancs is from the hallowed terroir of Clos de Mesnil. The 2012 is no doubt destined for legendary status.
