The 2011 is a taut, tightly strung, zippy release from this much sought-after house. The nose has a pretty sea spray and preserved lemon flash, leading to a chalky and persistent palate. Alongside other recent Krug vintages this shows notable drive and finesse. It will drink well right out of the gates.
