Bright and fresh on the nose, with notes of orchard fruits and soft white peach melding with savoury brioche and roasted macadamia nuts. The palate is elegant, with a fine mousse and a silky texture, and delicate ripe apple, white blossom and spice cupboard characters. A vein of citrus minerality and a fine steel backbone give this Champagne a delicious pure note and a taut, strict structure. Made from 66% Pinot and 34% Chardonnay, this is a classically modelled Champagne with a long future ahead.
