The nose opens on notes of stewed apple and quince with honeyed elements underscored by roasted hazelnuts and brioche. Rich and powerfully structured on the palate with plenty of fresh citrus zest and a taut mineral structure. The finish is long and harmonious, this will continue to unfurl and evolve over the next two decades and beyond.
