This is an exemplary non-vintage blend made up of 35% Pinot Meunier, 30% Pinot Noir,35% Chardonnay. It is creamy and precise, so long and savoury. No wonder Antonio Galloni said of the cuvée: "I often find myself reaching for the [Bérêche] NV Brut Réserve, which is reliably one of the very finest Champagnes in its peer group."
