The PN VZ 15 is an impressive lesson in balance from the team at Bollinger. On the nose, there's the richness and intensity of fruit that you'd expect from this house. Notes of red cherries and rose petal, and plenty of brioche, too. On the palate, there's the Verzenay verve, with vibrant acidity and a long and savoury finish. An outstanding Champagne, and a fine debut from this much-loved house.
