Grand Siècle is Laurent Perrier's prestige cuvée that offers depth, richness and energy. It's a blend of three vintages that spends 10 years ageing on lees before release. In this instance: 65% 2012, 25% 2008, and 10% 2007. The split across these is 58% Chardonnay and 42% Pinot Noir, all from grand cru vineyards. This intricately built structure creates a voluptuous and mouthwatering Champagne, with the weight and structure to more than hold its own with food. But it’s quite frankly so delicious the bottle will be empty long before you get there.
