The Collection 243 is a blend of 42% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir, and 18% Meunier, and is 59% based on the 2018 harvest, of which 6% is vinified in wood. The rest is reserve wines, with 10% vinified in wood. It’s a complex, chiselled Champagne, with lovely generosity in the palate. Delicious now, don’t be afraid to stash a few bottles away for the future.
