Grand Siècle is Laurent Perrier's prestige cuvée that offers depth, richness and energy. It's a blend of three vintages that for this magnum release spent 16 years ageing on lees before release. In this instance: 20% 2004, 20% 2006, and 60% 2007. The split across these is 55% Chardonnay and 45% Pinot Noir, all from grand cru vineyards. This intricately built structure creates a vinous and mouthwatering Champagne, with the weight and structure to more than hold its own with food. But it’s quite frankly so delicious the bottle will be empty long before you get there.
